Template CVTTemplate22 by CrazyVicki Here 

Mask wsl_82 by Weescotslass  Here

Open template delete the credit layer and white background layer.

Click on circle layer Select All Float Defloat.
Open Paper 9 copy paste into selection, deselect. Delete original layer.
Click on Rectangle 1 layer select all Float Defloat Selections Modify Contract by 5.
Open Paper8 copy paste into selection then deselect. Repeat for Rectangle2 layer.
Click on Tombstone layer select all Float Defloat open Paper3 
copy paste into selection. Deselect.
Open Element 25 copy paste as new layer above  circle layer then
 drag down under circle layer.
New layer Select All open Paper7 copy paste into selection then
 deselect then apply mask, Merge group.
Open Element 7 copy paste as new layer above circle layer resize 20 percent
 position on right side rectangle l, add a drop shadow.
Open Element 32 copy paste as new layer above tombstone resize 30 percent
 position on rectangles, add a drop shadow.
Open Element 10 copy paste as new layer above tombstone resize 23 percent 
position in centre, add a drop shadow.
Open Element 38 copy paste as new layer resize 45 percent position on right of rectangles,
 add a drop shadow.
Click on wordart 'RIP' then Eye candy-Impact Gradient Glow using these settings:




Open your main tube copy paste as new layer arrange to your liking. Add a drop shadow.
Open Element 4 copy paste as new layer resize 15 percent position in front of tube ,
 add a drop shadow.


Add your Artist © and your name then crop.
